MACD vs MACD with diferent of X points.

I would like to know how can I put a MACD > MACD but not just bigger I want to be available to say how much bigger I want it.

I have try to change it in Adjust but it doesn't work.

I can see that you have "+pip" in the Adjust fields... better try something like +0.0005
