How can I make the new open trade be open after 1 Min from last closed trade?

My problem is when i'm close order by hit total amount ,
But during close trade my new order open order so quick
and the EA close new order aswell
What shoud i Do ?

@nemo In a seperate tree, for each closed position, check closed time, place new trade.
