Can't crate new project

Hello and good evening,
I tried to create new EA project but is gray and can't be activated. Only script in mt 4 are active and cannot deativated. Remain Days left are 13. What is wrong here?

Sounds like a JavaScript error, but who knows why. By the way, the "New Project" window is the same for everyone, there are no variations, depending on who the user is or whether it is paid or not.

It will be interesting to me, if you work on Chrome (or Firefox) click Ctrl+Shift+I to open the DevTools window, reload the page, go to the "New Project" window, then in DevTools go to the Console tab and see if there is some error there, should be something in red. Normally something like this appears:

Alternative way to create EAs would be to import them.
