Trailing Take Profit without losing?

In a Grid Trading Strategy, when there is drawdown, how can I trail TP that grid trades doesn’t close on negative ?
Initial take profit to be 10pips

Yeah, i also want to do this @tec-nacks. It's like having a trailing without stoploss in loss. Cut short, i want trailing to start when trades in profit few pips. My option for now is using BE but don't know how to trail the stops.
