EA entry when there is trendline drawn by user

can i know is it possible to create EA that allow user draw trendline, then EA will auto buy or sell when the market price hit the trendline? which the trendline exist only will buy or sell, if user does not draw any trendline, then no trade

can i know fibonacci: Price by level, Fibonacci level (0-31) , what is that 0-31?

Level 0 means level 0% fibo, level 1 means the closest percentage fibo to the previous one. so it should be 23.6%, level 2 means 38.2% and so on.
