How to pass contsants and variables from one project to another?

Please help me to find out how to pass variables and constants from one project to another, because I can't find how to do it automatically or by marking which ones I want to pass. Because manually is a lot of work already done in another BOT.

You can effectively copy all by importing an .mq5 file as a new project, otherwise there is no way.
