Terminal not opening trade

am facing a strange issue here, I install Exness terminal on my computer and was working fine then installed another instance for another account it installed but not opening any trades...EA is loaded successfully no comment in Journal or Expert tab yet no trades opening and the other instance is working fine

What could be the cause of this?

Check all option settings, ensure you have a smiley face in the top right of screen.
