Open pending order based on last opened trade price

Hi Everyone...

How do I place a pending order based purely on the last trade price?

Example. EA opens a sell order and now we need to place a pending buy order 10 pips away from the initial sell order (value) that was just opened?

It seems like such a simple thing to do but I've spent hours trying to figure it out.

Can someone please help!?

Tee off from the block that placed the trade, in the offset in the pending block put 10 or -10
