MT5 users, how do I use custom symbols for analysis then execution on major pair for EA?

If i created a custom symbol like "Dow Jones+FTSE100/2" and "DAX40+XAUUSD/2" for example and i wanted my EA to look for conditions on both of these custom symbols but then execute trades on EURUSD is this possible?
