Allow all options with ENUM dropdown menu/??

How can I use the dropdown menu to allow all options? I know ENUM data type would allow one of the options, but how can I allow both or all options?

For your enum outside==0 and inside==1, what do you mean by allow options

i mean instead of picking one between outside or inside, How can I pick both using the ENUM dropdown condition?

You could have a third option of both, under this condition tee off to the two draw blocks.
