pending order on fractals and trail them

Please guide me!
for buy orders :
I want to place buy pending order on high fractal and set my stop loss on the opposite fractal(on last low fractal)
for sell orders its opposite!
And if the orders are not activated, they will be transferred to the next fractals(high for pendings and low for stop loss for buy orders)
so I have several problems
First, sometimes fractals are deleted
Second, I cannot transfer inactive orders to the next fractal
Third, I can't place my stop on the opposite fractal and move it to the next one
pls help me -
What do you exactly mean by 'if the orders are not activated'? Do you mean those pending orders should have a maximum time limit? You can do that by selecting the 'expiration time period tab'.

I mean, until the formation of the next fractal, if the pending is not activated, that pending will be removed
