My strategy has two conditions that there are some errors in opening positions in the backtest
1.Although both conditions are fulfilled, the position is not opened
2.Some positions are accurate, but most of them do not fulfill the second condition
3.The first position is not yet closed, the second one is opened

never your EA can open multi-position.
cci x> is a problem you should just use cci > . better you use cross for price not for lvl -
cross just happened in one tik and after that, you think they are in the same time but aren't at the same time
