How to set one money management for both buy and sell instead of money management for each.

I want help with this issue. I am using martingale money management and whenever a buy trade loses, if the next trade is a sell trade it should be able to multiply the initial lot to recover the previous loss if it turns out to be a win but it would rather take the sell trade with the initial lot size and will wait till there is another buy signal before it will multiply the initial lot size. Because of this it doesn't make the EA recover losses at the right time.
