project : if price from 12.00 and 13.00 pm (europe) is under open bar daily and after price cross up the openbar daily buy.
but don't work. why? what is no correct?

Once a day means only one tick is passed at the beginning of a day, that is at 00:00
Nothing would happen as the following blocks would not run at your specified time
