Custom MT4 Indicator

I need someone who understands how to use a HTTP or HTTPS function in a MT4 Custom Indicator.
The MT4 custom indicator need to read a static webpage this should be a userinput in the indicator.
The static webpage we will be working with is greyholdingsenterprises dot com/terminaluserid
The indicator needs to read the text on the web page. The text on the web page is in the format date - time (value)
For example 9/29/2020 19:53 (1)
The indicator needs to read the date and time and find that candlestick on the chart it then needs to plot a green dot on that candlestick in MT4 historically at that time and day. If the value in brackets is 1 it needs to be a green dot. If the value is -1 it needs to be a red dot.
There should be 2 dots (one red variable and one green variable) they should be coded as two separate buffers in the MT4 custom indicator.
