How to make EA work if account balance is expressed in bitcoin ?

BTCUSD = 0.01 or BTCUSD = 1 ? or something else ?

Considering there is only one decimal position, yes, I would use that value of 1. Please notice that you need to type the name of the symbol EXACTLY as per your broker. Otherwise, fxDreema will not recognize it.
