Indicator on the chart which changing colour

Hello, mabye someone know how to deal with this indicator ? I tryed "indicator is visible" and "indicator appear" block but its just open a lot of trades in a row. Thank you in advance.

@ambrogio Thank youu. Your shared project achieved best result so far. But i noticed that this indicator probably repaints. Ea opens trades when its shouldnt to do that. Then i started ea on low speed on visual mode and its openning trade correctly but indicators colour changes after two or one candle. It was really hard to see that. Anyway, thank you for your time. Due to your help i found a new ways to build ea on indicators. It will help me a lot in the future.
