Two issues with MA cross and close

Greetings all!
Working on an EA that will buy if a candle crosses and closes above a MA (say 200 for example) However if an opposite signal happens (closes below MA) it will close the buy and open a sell. I checked the settings but for some reason it won’t close the old order and open the opposite.
Also as you can see I’m using the grid and I need it to also delete pending orders on opposite signals but it’s also not working. Please see my shared link and let me know where my setup isn’t working. Thanks in advance!!

@cryptoknight I don't undersand the logic behind the project. Whydo you need a pending orders grid when the EA is supposed to open and close trades on a MA crossing basis?

Thanks for the reply brotha! I figure I can capitalize on trends better with a pending order grid. This EA is still i heavy testing but what’s killing me is that the trade doesn’t close on opposite signals -
@cryptoknight Doing that wth one single open trade is extremely easy. The problem is doing it with so many open trades at the same time. Honestly I can't see how that combination of pending grids and MA crossing can be profitable.
