second pending order doesn't open

I want when a buy is opened, to open in the same time to open a sell pending order instead of stop loss. This I succeed. The problem is when the sell pending order is activated, i want to open a buy pending order instead of stop loss.
I did this https://fxdreema.com/shared/VF2qb9T2d . Buy i dont now why the second pending order don't work. What blocks or settings i should do?
