Price crosses above or below round number

How do I put blocks together such that when price crosses a round number(e.g 1.1000, 1.2000, 1.3000 etc) or candle 1 closes above/below the round number, we buy/sell.

Try the following. If you want to wait for the candle to close, I assume you precede with a once per bar block.
