Trailing stop feature not working

Hi i think the "Multiple level" option under "Trailing stop is ...profit stop profit stop is not working.
when i put 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1, 3/1 it works only once and after that however high the profit goes it never works again.
Am i doing something wrong

@winson You are repteating the same lever over and over. All levels need to be different.
