How to auto close trades when opposite candle forms?

Please someone help. EA place orders but dosen't close.

Buy: When a Bull block forms > add lot on each Bull block.
SL: NO, TP: NO (Close all buy trades when Red block forms)

Sell: When a Bear block forms > add lot on each Bear block.
SL: NO, TP: NO (Close all sell trades when Green block forms)

@wadz91 You need to specify candle ID 1 on blocks 23 and 24.

Thanks for your reply. So ID '1' will be in both blocks 23 and 24? right?
