EA auto on and off

If the conditions I set are not met, I want the expert advisor to turn off automatically. I found the closing blog, is there a way to have the expert advisor open automatically?

@ladydolares You can set conditions to start/stop EA, if removed the only way to attach to chart is to do it manually.

@jstap Thank you for your answer, I could not understand how to do it. For example, when the x condition is not met, I said turn off the expert advisor for 30 minutes and it will automatically open after 30 minutes. How can I do this?
