I want to open 4 positions at the same time and I would like for each position there is a tp and sl conditionally

example
1 buy, sl: bollinger lower 20, tp: bollinger middle 20
2 buy, sl: bollinger lower 20, tp: bollinger upper 20
3 buy, sl: bollinger lower 20, tp: bollinger middle 80
4 buy, sl: bollinger lower 20, tp: bollinger upper 80
