(on Trade) Event Data

Hello, I suppose this condition compares the profit in pip if it is <= 0. But I don't understand, can someone explain to me what this condition does "(In loop) Trade/Order in loop", "(on Trade) Event Data", "(on Chart) Event Data" and "Bucket of positions/Order"
I would appreciate it.
