Tried but failed to make a bot regarding moving averages

Hi

I tried many times but it is not working.
I want bot to take buy order if
1st condition. A candle crosses 100 ma
2nd condition. 2nd candle close above high of 1st crossed candle high (which cross MA)
3rd condition. 3rd candle close above 2nd candle high

Basically want bot to trade on 4th candle after MA crossed, which cross all previous 3 candles high.

Can anyone help in this matter.
