check conditions 4hr

how can i check on the open of new 4hr bar if the moving averages on 5min chart are where i want them . not within the next 4hrs but at the time new bar opens.

@fxdreema-8 You can do this in condition blocks, candle ID1 on 4H settings is the previous candle, the MA you want to reference with 5M in settings will do this.
