All the custom blocks in the FX Dreema Studio (https://fxdreema.com/studio/) are still there, even the latest custom blocks and custom functions !
This means that all developers who have their source codes downloaded will be able to restore their projects.
Is there a way to download our codes from FX Dreema Studio ?

I didn’t trust to have all projects online only. Every user could make their own backups simply by saving them in MQL. I saved everything and I can reimport it back.
My only question for FxDreema Admin is about the credit card I used for pay, is the case to block it? In this matter, I search for max security. -

I don't know how your server machine hosting, but if your server on the cloud, snapshot backups rely on the system's cloud provider and have to be on the server provider.
I'm not server system administrator but as i know, snapshots are an immediate sort of "photo" of your server's file system. This photo captures everything about the server exactly when it was taken. So snapshots may can be used to restore servers by reverting them to the state they were in when the snapshot was taken.
They allow for better app availability, quick recovery, simplified backup management of big data volumes, and reduced exposure to data loss and lower the cost of ownership. Data that is corrupted or has been deleted can be brought back through snapshots. (Just as well, you can revert back to an older version of a snapshot in the event of file corruption.) I know it's not a simple think and you should have knowledge more than me.
We appreciate your honesty, but If you choose to create an online web application that already has many thousands beloved of users, maybe it's time to be more serious about managing their data as premium users and a community that supports fxdreema.
So for the next, you may consider both Snapshots and File Backups for your server can be used together for different levels of data protection, and in fact, this is the most recommended setup for backup strategy.
And related any lost EA data on fxdreema, I think some discount or more free extra time for premium subscription can help users to recover projects.

@fxdreema its cool, as a trader I always have a journal and have written how to arrange my blocks for any new strategy, I'm just grateful this website still exists I wouldn't know how else I'd make EAs without it

I think that the idea of implementing a button to download all the projects of each user would be a very good option. In this way, each user can periodically download their work without going through the tedious fact of doing it project by project. -

Yes, because those records are just files. Also, the definitions of the imported indicators are files and they should be present too.
I actually have all these files for all users, including those registered after 3 July. But I got them by user ID, and now I don't know why user had which ID.
Well, I never added such option. As I said, these are just files, so technically if someone wants his files, I can give it to him, but there is no option to automatically do that.

Just to let you know, I'm giving the names and the addresses to my accountants as well. They are using it to calculate taxes that are different to each country, which saves me some % of expenses. I'm not sure, but I think at the end this information ends up in the government's databases as well. And I mean this in global scale. Everywhere, every time someone makes a transaction, this data is collected and transferred from hands to hands to prove who and from where made each transaction. Big Brother all around us. That's why I prefer to pay cash

If backing up everyday is too much perhaps consider backing up at least once a month?

From now on hire extra help and have forum moderators so things can run smoother, the forum was already getting filled with spam accounts, also i had around 104 days left on my subscription and now it says 74 days

and can you please recover may data too. i do not have all of them locally.
and the safety of our data is important to us. what is you plan for the safety of our data (from hackers) from know on? -

I can't imagine how gutted you feel. As an I.T professional I can say we've all had that horror when something goes badly wrong. As far as I concerned I'm happy with the service you provide and long may it continue. I do have mql5 files as backup so I'm glad that I can reimport them. Thanks for your hard work.
