HHTP REQUEST TO DATA FROM ANOTHER BROKER ACCOUNT

I am trying to bring a data from another broker account to my broker account, specifically, from the FXCM broker (https://www.fxcm.com) to my broker: Fxchoice (https://es.myfxchoice.com)

In the image can see what I am trying to develope.

I need to put a buy order depending of the response of the server, and it is placed incorrectly , considering that the data of the response of the server is the BALANCE of the required account (5040 USD), if the condition is relow, the order placed will always be 0.02, independently if the condition is met or not.
And conversely, if the condition is above, the order placed will always be 0.01, independently if the condition is met or not.

I have already configured the URLs allowed on the MT4 platform on the server of the responding broker.

I really hope you can help me, and tell me if I am making same mistake, or if it is reallly possible to use te button HTTP REQUEST to request a data from another account broker.
even I have tried to use a comment to see the answer, but I cant see the answer, but the order is placed, so I do not have no idea what King of aswer I am getting.

I did not use a delimitier.....

maybe I should use some delimitier, But I dont know exacly how to set it......"comma",,, ",".......But I WIll TRY "0" or "1"

@cristian-5 I think this is your choice, however you're reading needs to use this delimiter though.
