created material disappeared

Good evening, I made a subscription on November 1st for three months, I entered the site today but a lot of created material disappeared. Also I'm being told that I still have over 170 days of subscription but that's not the case. I don't understand what is happening. I await your instructions, thank you.

@damiano1061 If you read the admin's thread about what happened to the database you will understand. Unless you got a backup copy of your projects, I'm afraid they are lost.
