compare time to draw Time Fibo

@l-andorrà or anyone, I'm trying to get the EA to get the last 15 minute's high and low time, then compare the times in order to tell it how to draw the fib.

Its confusing but the once per bar was supposed to make it run every 15 min bar and the minutes constant is 15 for the candle ID

The fib is supposed to draw either from high to low or low to high depending on the time whichever one came first but what I have is not working.

nevermind i figured it out

@lwoodruff If you are just using candle ID1, you just need to select can 1, not period of time
