Pending Order between two points possible?

Is it possible to open a pending order in the middle of the bid and low of the day? In this pic example when that current trade opened up I would like at that point for the pending to open up mid way of bid and low of the day.

@duanvillanueva Candles are drawn from the bid, so at start of next day daily candle 1 mid price is this, if though you don't want the high to be counted, you need to + candle close or open price to the low, then / 2
