Simple positions counting giving me a lot of headaches

I'm trying to count for each closed position (no matter how it was closed) and then store the result into a variable. Does any of you know what am I doing wrong?

@tpt You don't want once per minute above position created. On trade, trade closed, add 1 to your variable
