First 30 minutes of a H4 Candle

What blocks would i use if i want my EA to look for my conditions but ONLY in the first 30 minutes of every H4 candle

@gtoat777 Put this line into a condition, PeriodSeconds() - (TimeCurrent()-iTime(NULL,0,0))>836892 this will count down the candle time in seconds and check if the time is above 3.5 hour.
