Hi Everyone I'm quite new to here I was trying to make an ea with a specific set of rules But I can't figure out how to make it wait until the candle is closed before entering a trade. Also I'm not sure how to make it calculate the take profit so that the trade has a risk to reward of 1:3.
      Rules:

      • Candle id 2 needs to close above bollinger upper line

      • Candle id 1 needs to close bellow bollinger upper line

      • On candle id 0 a short trade is entered with the stoploss above candle id 1 high and a take profit that would give a risk to reward of 1:3.

I have tried to use "Once per bar" to no real luck (I'm probably using it wrong or in the wrong spot)

If anyone can help or point me to the right direction I would highly appreciate it.!screenshot.PNG

          So I think you want:
Is Above instead of Crosses Above with Candle ID 2 in first condition.
Candle ID 1 in second condition.
Once Per Bar should be above Sell Block.
And I've always found it's good to line up the Block ID Numbers in order....but that might just be my OCDness...:)

@Morpheus_0 Yeah that worked prefectly thank you so much. Is there a tutorial somewhere about how to calculate lot size to have a % risk based on balance and stop loss?. Example: I want to risk 1% of balance doesn't matter where the stop loss is so I'd need to run the calculation for every trade because the stop loss will change
