Multiple timeframes for candles

I am asking for help in creating conditions for EA. I have a problem because I want to use two timeframes. I will be grateful if you send an example, I need a fresh look (idea) : )

Your first condition block is meaningful. But the last closed 5M Candle Close >15M Candle High condition is a meaningless condition and this block will never pass. Could you reconsider the chart you drew? Each 15 M street consists of 3 5M. Above 15Min High, a 5M's close cannot be higher than high. (could be equal, can't be higher)

@mousebucks Candle ID becomes 1-2, becomes 1-3. It wouldn't be 2-1,3-1.
