1 Pip Candle only buys once?

Created EA to buy on a minimum 1 Pip candle or sell, but it only does it once I initiate bot on chart. It's set for once per bar, but it only does it once. How can I fix?

Are you blocks on the 'on tick' tab? If not, they should be there.

Yes it's "on tick" still only trades once.
