want to make EA sell when below -0.00

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and new to ea's
I am trying to make an ea that has trendline fast as an indicator in the signals or conditions tab
it say's bar count 14 and then > sign.
What I want to do is to buy when the blue line is above 0.00 and sell when red line is below 0.00
How can I get the ea to do this?
I cannot find a tab with this option
please can someone help

I can't get the idea as well. Where are blue and red lines comes from? Are they trendlines, and if yes - when a trendline happens to be below 0.00?
