Error in the indicator or EA

I wrote an expert advisor. There were errors in some places. After checking, I realized that the indicator does not work properly in some places.
It is not a problem of Expert Advice. What do you think this error is for?
In the figure below, which is simply stated. I want to draw a line after changing the phase of the indicator. As the characteristic, in some places it does not draw the line at all and in some places it draws the line twice

Also, in another indicator, I put a simple command to draw a green line after the green arrow and a red line after the red arrow, but it still has errors in some places and either does not draw or overdraws.
