Customs Indicators

Hi! I have seen that EAs can be created with custom indicators, my question/doubt is if this can be done and if you could guide me on how I could more or less do it, if it is not too much trouble/problem. When the candle closes, check if the indicator line is above line 0, make a purchase with SL at the low of that candle and when the candle closes, check if the indicator line is below line 0 and Make a sale with SL at the high of that candle. I leave an image so you can get an idea. Thank you
