delete object when it crosses by price (ask or bid)

hi. i want to have an expert that draw 2 line at the first point and the end of the big shadows and when the price come in this area:
- open a position
- delet this 2 lines
my problem is when i have for example 10 lines but i want to delet just this 2 lines

how u draw the lines

@shahzad i draw them when candel ID 1 made a shadow biger than 45 pip
then i draw 2 lines in 2 side of thad shadow -
