How to create buy and sell order on MACD main Bar

Can you advise how to create EA refer to MACD Indicator as details belows? thank you.

MACD cross up 0
Buy
when main bar increasing atleast 3 bars and open buy in next main bar no 4, closed next 3 bars

Sell
when main bar decreasing atleast 3 bars and open sell in next main bar no 4, closed next 3 bars

MACD cross down 0
Sell
when main bar increasing atleast 3 bars and open sell in next main bar no 4, closed next 3 bars

Buy
when main bar descreaing atleast 3 bars and open buy in next main bar no 4, closed next 3 bars
