Zig zag string pending order

Hello everyone
Im trying some new but I could sought it out how to do it. Its looks very simple but im not a expert like you guys.
let me explain:
The line is a string or head and shoulder. When the string is going up again (1A) its makes a pending order buy (1B) and so on. The 1A would be better on the white spot but i dont think that possible. for now is better to use 1A.

Im open to use other methods with the same principles (strings and pending order)

I think your conditions are too restrictive when combined that way. I suggest to try them separately just to check if they work and then recombine them one by one until finding which one is stopping the pending order.
