Check Loss against yesterday's closing balance

I'm planning to have the EA close all open EA trades and stop executing news trades if my account balance has a 2% loss from yesterday closing balance.
Am I headed in the right direction with the following?

The only way to get that is by storing the value of yesterday's profit into a variable. Then it can be compared to today's profit. Are you familiar with variables.
