Total unrealized profit

Hello everyone, what is the best way to make profits for all pairs?
Example: I have open trades on EUR/USD with a loss of $5, and I have trades on gold that made a profit of $15.
I want the total profits to be $10
How do euro and gold trades close if the total profit is achieved?
