Inside Bar breakout question

Hi,

I want to draw 3 lines (or respectively set pending order, SL and TP) at a certain percentage of the total size of a candle (that occured prior to an inside bar).

The levels are

1. Candle high + 20% of total candle size

2. Candle high - 20% of total candle size

3. Candle high + 70% of total candle size

I can't make this work for the life of me. I tried various things. This is my last attempt:

The lines are drawn at the high, but the percentage is not applied.

I hope I made my issue clear.
