point to exact number of chart

i wanna point to exact value of shadow on chart , in which, when chart hits it for first time .for example when chart has shadow on 2300$ on gold it take the 2300 and when chart arrived at 2300 for second time it works .

By shadow you mean wick? Create a project doing the first part, then when working add the second. Use backtest and add a shared link if something's not working.
