what is the problem in settings

please guide me identifying problem, i want to open sell order when price revisit at line.... i have tried many settings but in vain, please guide....

I take it there is no trade at the time? Try putting your condition under the condition

line drawing is perfect on chart, but dont taking even single trade at any line.... i tried many settings.... but dont know whats the problem...
