Delay Block work in live but not run in Backtest mode

Delay Block need kernel32.dll , I can use by import dll in live mode , but in backtest mode I can not run it , I'm tried to use MQL for import kernel32.dll but have compiled error

To import dll, just put it in the upper part of the source code by hand
