erorr 138 in back testing

When I perform a backtest in MT4 using a robot created with fxdreema, it gives error138 and does not open any trades. However, when I backtest the default robots in MT4, there are no errors. What could be the reason for this? Additionally, I have uninstalled and reinstalled MetaTrader, but the error persists! If anyone knows the cause, please help me. Thank you

My exact error message in MetaTrader is the same. One person thinks this issue is related to the new version of MetaTrader4. I uninstalled the new version of MetaTrader4 and installed the older version, but the issue was not resolved. Another friend suggested that I upgrade from Windows10 to11. Do you think there is another solution to this problem?
